Genesis Land Development & Brokerage is a real estate development company. We look for land to purchase for direct development projects, as well as seek out opportunities to partner with land owners and municipalities who desire to retain an ownership interest in the development.
Drawing from internal staff skills and relationships with outside experts, Genesis has the experience and capability to skillfully maneuver through all facets of real estate development - from site selection and land acquisition, through the land use planning and entitlement process, all the way to infrastructure development and building construction. To assist in bringing concepts to a reality, we diligently strive to foster and maintain solid relationships with many potential sources of project financing - both equity investors and institutional lenders.
